Benefitting where the previous Ace Ventura didn't in DVD, this one is presented in its full aspect ratio. Ace Ventura Pet Detective was the P&S version. Fans will truly enjoy the full scope of Carrey's over-the-top antics in the 2.35:1 scope presented on one side. The opening spoof of Cliffhanger is a scream, and one need only flip over the disc to see how the dynamics to a scene can be altered via the P&S process. Those who prefer P&S over letterbox will still benefit from the significant sharpness present even in the P&S(Blown-up) image offered on one of the package's two sides. The English soundtrack is presented in 5.1, and there are a great number of sequences which benefit from the greater depth this process exploits over the standard Dolby Surround Stereo offered in both English,French & Spanish.
