SRP $19.99 1.85:1 DOLBY DIGITAL 5.1 SONY

What more needs to be said than Paris Hilton is in this, to make it obvious that it stinks?  "BOTTOMS UP" makes "SLAMMED" seem like "CITIZEN KANE".  Jason Mewes plays a bartender at his parent's nightclub who heads off to LA to try winning a $10,000 bartender contest to save his dad's business. What follows is not funny and worse than convoluted,'s stupid.  There's not one intended gag that works! Everything about this film script is based on cliche's from other bad films.  Everyone in this film appears to be embarrassed to be here, except for Hilton of course! Even "B" movie fans hoping to find a couple of "T&A" shots will be displeased at what they have to sit through for nothing.

SONY has provided a 1.85:1 transfer. Colors are balanced and contrast is decent. In fact, the image is far better than the production values would suggest. Of course, there are no creative compositions put forth, but what's here looks good.

SONY has provided a Dolby Digital 5.1 mix.  Surrounds are used sparingly, but there's decent separation in the front soundstage. Fidelity is quite good.
